Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer £3.99 flat rate shipping 
We offer free shipping on all orders over £75.00 (after discounts)

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over £50.00 within GL10, GL6 and GL5 postcodes. For orders under £49.99 and under, we charge a flat £7.50 delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10:00am to 6:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday only. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Stonehouse. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and then ready for pick up within 1 to 7  business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and between 10:00am and 1:00pm on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect.

International Shipping

We do NOT offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@suevsstores.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@suevsstores.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to yYou later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
